Agency teams will have to think of themselves as partners who tailor their skillset to fit around their client needs. They will have to become embedded extension of their clients in-house teams. 

In this new model transparency, collaboration and flexibility will be vital to creating long-term meaningful value. Value that will translate into long-term relationships and vested interests in the success of their clients businesses.
